Office Manager / Assistant Property Manager

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/ Assistant Property Manager to support our team across administration, property management, sales and marketing.

This is a diverse, hands-on role that requires someone confident working independently, able to prioritise tasks across multiple areas, and eager to be part of a supportive, professional environment.

In particular, this role plays a key part in supporting the Senior Property Manager and Sales Support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of a well-maintained portfolio. The position also includes a strong focus on social media and content creation, ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy and creative.

This could suit:

A real estate admin or assistant PM ready for a more autonomous, varied role

Someone with strong admin and marketing skills looking to grow in a supportive boutique agency

A registered Property Manager wanting a more balanced, boutique agency environment

Key Responsibilities

Property Management & Sales Support

  • Support Directors, Sales Representatives, and Property Manager

  • Manage property listings on VaultRE and PropertyMe

  • Process rental applications, lease renewals, bond lodgement, and maintenance coordination

  • Prepare appraisals and listing documentation

  • Coordinate signage, brochures, floorplans and key appointments

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and website updates

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, seasonal campaigns, and newsletters

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and support digital brand development

Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies and basic errands

  • Maintain physical and digital filing system

  • Diary and database management

  • Coordinate staff CPD and REIWA training bookings

About You:

You’re someone who is dependable, capable of working autonomously, and comfortable managing varied priorities throughout the day. You take pride in doing things properly and are always looking to add value.

You'll bring:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confidence using technology and digital tools

Strong organisational and time management skills

Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision when required

Highly regarded experience:

WA Property Management Registration (not essential but a plus)

Proficiency in PropertyMe, VaultRE, Microsoft Office and Canva

Previous real estate or property-related admin experience
